What is the minimum order?
There's no minimum as such, just whatever fits across a row on the roll of vinyl. It varies depending on both the size of the design and the shape - some shapes nest together tighter than others which allows me to fit more stickers to a row.
Are your stickers outdoor safe?
As a rule, all of our stickers are laminated and suitable for long term outdoor use.
In saying that, if you'd prefer unlaminated vinyl stickers, or if you'd like paper stickers, we can do them too.
Do you print custom shirts?
We sure do! Shirts & hoodies are the main ones, but we can also get polos, singlets, workshirts, hi-vis etc.
We can make the design in house, or you're welcome to submit your own design.
If it needs adjustment, we'll give some pointers, or we can do it for you.
How much are custom shirts?
What is the minimum order?
We don't have a minimum for apparel! The beauty of the process we use, is that we can do one offs for the same price as multiples - no set up fees either!
Our bulk order pricing kicks in at only 5 shirts too!
What method do you use?
We use the digital thermal transfer method.
A special vinyl is digitally printed, cut, then transferred to a mask film, then bonded to the shirt using a large heat press.
It's really cool stuff that allows us to print anything from single colours up to full photo prints.
How to I care for my printed shirt?
Normal printed shirt rules apply:
- Cold wash
- Line dry
- Don't iron the print
Can you design for me?
Yes! Send through your ideas, sketches, images of other designs you like as well as preferred colours and we'll use it as inspiration.
The more info you give us at the start, the closer it'll be to what you were after. More often than not, we'll blow your mind!
How much do you charge for design?
If the design is to go on stickers or apparel that we are printing - we don't charge!

Can I supply my own design?
Absolutely! Before you get started, let us know your plans, we'll be able to let you know required artwork specs and even provide a template for you to work from.
Basic rules are 300dpi, CMYK if possible and working files (or highest resolution possible)
If you are creating your work in illustrator, we'd love it if you could click "Save As" and save the file down to CS6 so we can open it.
It's always good practice to expand strokes and outline text to ensure it comes through correct on this end.
In photoshop, it can help a lot if you create workpaths for any text just in case we can't get the font to work on this end.

Do you accept lewd/nsfw designs?
Yeah, it doesn't bother us, we ain't judgy.
We won't print anything hateful, but apart from that, we're pretty easy going.
Of course we reserve the right to choose whether or not to accept a job on a case to case basis.
Can you remake another person's design?
As a rule, no we don't, but we'd be happy to use another design as inspiration to create a unique design for you.
The exception to the rule, is if you own the design and have lost working files, or if you have direct permission from the artist.
Please don't steal a design and pass it off as your own!
Don't laugh, it's happened before, and we really don't enjoy angry people accusing us of stealing their work when all we did was print a file given to us, innocently thinking the person supplying the file, owned the file.
Do you send internationally?
Hell yeah we do!
Every week we send packages to Europe, America & New Zealand.
We can send pretty much anywhere!
Do you supply tracking?
When sent by courier or express post, there is always tracking.
You will get an email / Facebook message with tracking info as soon as the order is sent.
When sent by priority or international mail, Aus Post does not offer tracking.
(At this stage, international mail does not offer tracking, but we are hoping to have a solution for that soon!)
I'm worried my package is lost!
Firstly, don't stress, some parcels just decide to go on a small vacation enroute.
Most commonly, they decide to chill at the bar at your local post office, or beside the pool at a neighbours house.
They really do live a glamorous life of leisure and travel before getting to you!
If you live in an apartment, please check with body corp or the building manager, or the shifty guy who keeps stealing your doormat.
If your tracking is saying weird things, bouncing between depots, or not moving at all, it's best to contact the carrier direct from the tracking page and they will be able to offer assistance, advice, or get out their torch and pitchfork and march on the depot to search for your Burubado monster.
International post can be a tricky thing to estimate, we're relying on our domestic carriers to work together after all, so there can be unexpected delays at times - especially around holiday or high volume seasons.
If your order is time critical, let us know before placing your order, and we can quote on a faster service.
Where are you located, can I pick up?
We are based in Narangba, North of Brisbane. You are more than welcome to pick up your order.
Please contact us to arrange a pick up time - if you rock up unannounced I'll probably be busy at work and won't know you are there!
If we are going to be out at your preferred pickup time, we can leave your order in a safe place for collection.
What's the best way to contact you?
We pretty much live on facebook (there's a "message us" button on every page of this site)
If that doesn't work for you, email or telegram are great too!
Due to design being a very visual thing (+ a horrendous issue with phone reception here), we don't use the telephone.
If you are desperate to converse away from the interwebs, sms messages usually get through pretty quick, or we could always discuss your needs in person.
(Although I can't really work on a design or show you anything until I get back to the computer.)
How do I send you a file?
Some items in the store have an upload field for files.
If you are not purchasing an item with an upload field, feel free to email your files to email@example.com
We also use telegram and can accept files from dropbox / googledrive etc.
