Our policy is to replace any product that is faulty. When the product is damaged due to incorrect installation or user error we are not obligated to, but may choose to replace at our discretion.
Custom made items cannot be exchanged or returned unless faulty.
There are certain situations where partial or whole refunds are granted (if applicable), at the discretion of Burubado.
Exchanges
We only replace items in situations outlined above. If you prefer to exchange it for the another item, let us know and we may choose to at our discretion. Custom made items cannot be exchanged or returned unless faulty.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs if you need to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
